How is the order shipped?
The traceable order is shipped with insurance.
How can I pay?
Payment can be made by credit card, immediate bank transfer, Paypal, Apple Pay and Klarna. For business customers, it is possible to pay by invoice.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping for orders to Germany is 4,99€. Starting from 25€ order value, we ship free of charge.
How long is the delivery time?
The regular delivery time is 1-3 business days after receipt of order.
In rare cases, there may be longer delivery times. We apologize for any inconvenience. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact our customer service.
Will I receive an order confirmation and invoice?
After the purchase we will provide you with an order confirmation. As soon as the goods are on their way, we will send an invoice by e-mail.
Exchange
Can I exchange my product? What do I have to consider?
You can exchange all products. Please return purchased goods in original condition if possible.
How do exchanges and refunds work?
Without prejudice to your statutory rights as a buyer, you can exchange all products within a period of 14 days from delivery. Please return the goods to be exchanged to us in their original condition if possible.
